Marianna Scharf

Marianna Scharf is responsible for European affairs at Netflix and heads its EU liaison office in Brussels. In her role, Marianna focuses on audiovisual, IP and digital policies. She proactively advises the company on policy and regulatory matters and liaises with EU institutions, regulators, and key stakeholders with the goal of setting Netflix up for success and growth around the world. A lawyer by training, Marianna previously worked at Facebook (now Meta), where she focused on economic policy, and for a government relations agency. Marianna was a founding member of the European Video-on-Demand Coalition.
